What a great experience. From the time I arrived to the time I checked out, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. They were attentive and quick to take care of my issues. Their service was top notch. Randy and ReAnna were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend anyone needing collision/body work to use these guys. Very professional and reasonably priced.

We highly recommend Tomas Collision Center! Last week, my daughter was involved in an accident when her SUV was hit by an ambulance in Dallas. Although the Dallas Police Department wanted the vehicle to be towed to the city impound lot, I insisted it be taken to Tomas Collision Center instead. When we arrived, it was more than an hour after they had closed, but ReAnna just happened to still be there. She graciously allowed the tow truck driver to unload the SUV into their secure lot and gave us all the time we needed to gather our belongings from the vehicle. She patiently waited until we were finished before locking up for the night. After such a frightening and emotional evening, ReAnna's kindness, compassion, and patience brought a sense of calm and peace to our family when we needed it most. The next day, we learned that Tomas Collision Center is a preferred State Farm repair facility, and after our experience, we can absolutely see why. ReAnna's customer service deserves five stars. She is genuinely caring, compassionate, and exceptional at what she does. Thank you, ReAnna, for going above and beyond. You were a bright light during one of our family's most difficult evening

A lot of people don’t realize you have the right to choose your own collision shop instead of just sticking with your insurance provider's recommendation. I chose Tome’s because they are an authorized Subaru repair shop, had a high rating, and made a stressful situation incredibly easy. They completely handled my car rental and coordinated directly with my insurance company to ensure every necessary repair was covered. Even though the front desk was swamped with calls and a full waiting room, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Most importantly, the repair work was perfect—the car looks brand new, and there are zero alignment issues. I highly recommend them!

Can’t thank Bob Tomes enough for their excellent service in repairing my 2018 GT Mustang. I trusted no other shop than a Ford shop to ensure my Mustang was repaired to spec using as many genuine Ford parts as possible. Trent, the collision manager was excellent in making sure everything was done properly and insurance was handled. During the painting process, some overspray got on my wheels and Trent spent an extra 4 days polishing the wheels back to original spec. Thanks again Trent for taking care of my car in every way.
